Missions

Weekly Morning Prayer:

Each week congregation members gather for bible study and prayer, continuing to share and strengthen their faith. Contact the office for details 201.833.4502.

Outreach to the Homeless: Volunteers participant in the Walk-In Dinner Program. Preparing hot meals and serving at the Bergen County Community Action Partnership's Drop-in Center in Hackensack.

Pastoral Care:

A team of trained leaders providing pastoral care and visitation to sick and/or shut-in members of both congregations. At the monthly joint worship between Grace and Christ the visitors are commissioned to provide the Eucharist during their visits.

Haiti Mission: Light & Peace school Mission, and Haiti Pack-a-thon food supply program, collaboration with Future Forward for Haiti, Inc.

Food Pantry: A food pantry is located at Christ Church, which is always in need of volunteers and nonperishable food items.

The family of Christ Church is comprised of resilient individuals who have answered God’s call to serve.
